Administration Services Supervisor

Job Summary

The position covers supervision of general administration services such as, travel, transport, accommodation, catering, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, stationary, utilities, GSM and telephone administration, furniture, internal and external mail services, courier services, document archiving.

Main Job Duties

  • Responsible for the efficient supply of administration services in Head office and site.
  • Responsible for the supervision of the Administration Services contracts.
  • Responsible for the provision of stationary, internal and external mail, petty cash, furniture & equipment and maintenance staff office allocation, offices movements and company utilities bills.
  • Responsible for the dept document control system.
  • Responsible for ensuring that contractors under the position work in accordance with QHSE policy and within the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
  • Preparation, and implementation of procedures, commensurate with risk covering the work carried out under the above mentioned responsibilities.
  • Responsible for the efficient supply of catering services of staff at site
  • Responsible for cleaning, laundry, pest control, landscaping etc.
  • Responsible for stationary, furniture, office equipment etc
  • Responsible for the supervision of the travel, accommodation and transport Services for all staff and visitors.
  • To confirm air ticket, vehicle and hotel bookings for domestic and international travel for regular staff and visitors.
  • Maintain contacts with travel agents and ensure that most economical flight arrangements for all Company related travels are obtained.
  • Responsible of Obtain and renew of Visas of various types include the Resident Visas, Embassies, Labour clearance, Medical, Fingerprint, Labour Card, Family joining visas include Medical and fingerprint,
  • Responsible for Company registration/license include the Municipality, Environment, Vehicle, insurance and accident reports, PASI and Manpower Registration for Omani.

Experience/Qualifications Needed

  • Degree/HND in General /Business Administration with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English written and spoken
