Our corporate governance is healthy and in accordance with stated and implied principles.  We continue to enhance and follow strict compliance to corporate governance in dealings with internal and external parties.  Our audits indicate minor representation of areas for improvement which we have taken onto ourselves to rectify as part of our continual improvement and transformation initiatives in order to align with the interests of all our stakeholders and grow into a much more robust and successful company now and in the future.
