Journey of Excellence

In June 2020, Alshawamikh embarked on an ambitious internal change and transfromation initiative.  The aim of this intiative under the banner Journey of Excellence is to significantly improve in 11 core elements which has been identified as critical focus area withing the company.  One of the main elements is embedding QHSE culture within the organisation.  Its aim is to empower and enable all echelons within the organisation to drive sustainable change and rethink old ways of doing things to be more effective and efficient in order to ensure we meet the challenges of the industry.

Journey of Excellence: Aspiring for Brilliance:

In June 2020, Alshawamikh launched the Journey of Excellence, an internal change initiative aimed at improving 11 core elements critical to the company’s growth and success. This initiative empowered all levels of the organization to drive sustainable change, enhancing effectiveness and efficiency to meet industry challenges. Focus areas included strengthening board and shareholder relations, improving workplace environments, fostering client-focused growth, embedding a strong HSE culture, and achieving operational excellence. The initiative also prioritized team empowerment, modernization through digitalization, cost efficiency, compliance, and corporate social responsibility.

Building on this success, Alshawamikh is now introducing a new Continuous Improvement initiative, further advancing its commitment to organizational growth and resilience, and rebranding it to “Aspiring for Brilliance”.
