History

Incorporated in 2011 Alshawamikh progressed steadily over the years to build its technical capabilities, portfolio of service and committed workforce, and is now one of the most recognized and trusted super local community companies within the Omani oil & gas market.  On 2013 the company kick started the first contract from PDO.  At its inception, there were only a few employees in AOS.  Today, the number of employees has increased and they are contributing significantly, an increase in value addition to Alshawamikh. Dr. Aflah Al Hadhrami took the helm as CEO in June 2020 and swiftly proceeded to implement a transformation strategy aptly named the Journey of Excellence.
