Intilaqah Graduation Ceremony
In a special ceremony, Alshawamikh Oil Services organized the graduation of the first batch of the “intilaqah” program under the patronage of His Excellency Khalid Salim Al Ghammari, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour for Labour. The first batch included 24 participants from various departments and job levels, reflecting the company’s commitment to developing national talents and enhancing leadership skills.
